The short version
These Terms are the agreement between you and Jackson Turner, doing business as GoFindLive, in Wilmington, North Carolina, USA (“GoFindLive,” “we,” “us”) for using the GoFindLive app and website (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Shows change. Always confirm the details with the venue before you go.

You must be 18 or older to have an account.
•
Venues and artists: only manage what you are authorized to manage, keep it accurate, and post only what you have the right to post.
•
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time.
•
North Carolina law applies.
Who may use GoFindLive
You can browse the Service without an account. To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for a venue, an artist, or another business, you confirm that you have the authority to act for it. You are responsible for following the law and the rules of any venue you visit, including age and ID requirements.
Your account

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
•
Keep your password secret and do not share your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
•
You are responsible for what happens under your account.
•
You can delete your account at any time in Profile, then Account settings.
•
We may suspend or end an account, or limit access to the Service, if you break these Terms, put others at risk, or misuse the Service.
Listings and accuracy
GoFindLive lists live music and events at venues in and around Wilmington, North Carolina. Listings come from venues, artists, and public sources such as venues’ own websites and public calendars. Where a show came from a public source, we link to it.
Shows change. Times move, acts are swapped, prices change, and shows are canceled or sell out. Always confirm times, prices, age limits, lineups, and availability with the venue or the ticket seller before you go. We do not guarantee that a listing is complete, current, or correct, or that any event will take place.
We do not organize or host events, we do not sell tickets, and we are not a party to anything between you and a venue, an artist, or a ticket seller. Age limits, admission, and house rules are set by the venues.
Venue and artist content and claims

Claim or create a profile only for a venue or act that you own, run, or are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not claim a profile that is not yours.

We review claims. We may approve, deny, or revoke a claim at any time, and approval does not mean we endorse you.
•
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish. Keep your listings current, and update or cancel shows that change or are called off.
•
When you add an image, logo, or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We record that confirmation.
•
If you use schedule import, including AI-assisted import, you must review the suggested details before you publish them. They are your responsibility once published.
•
We may edit, hide, or remove any content or listing, and may decline or revoke a claim, for example if it is inaccurate, unauthorized, infringing, unlawful, or harmful, or after a report.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as profile details, photos, descriptions, and reports. You give GoFindLive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Service, including in the app, on the website, in notifications, and in shared links. This license lasts for as long as the content is on the Service. You can remove your content at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not:
•
post false, misleading, or unauthorized information about a venue, artist, or event, or impersonate anyone;
•
upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or obscene;
•
copy or collect the Service’s data in bulk, or use bots or scrapers, without our written permission;
•
try to get into other people’s accounts or data, or probe, disrupt, or get around the security or limits of the Service;
•
use the Service to send spam or to promote something unrelated;
•
misuse the reporting tools, or use the Service for anything unlawful.
Paid plans and billing
GoFindLive is free for fans, and listings are free and unlimited for venues and artists. Some optional paid plans and features for venues may be offered, now or later.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe Checkout. You enter your payment details on Stripe’s pages, and we never see or store your card number. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

The price, the billing interval (monthly or annual), and any free trial are shown before you pay. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If a plan has a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

A subscription belongs to a venue or artist profile, not to one person. People approved to manage the profile may be able to manage its billing.
•
You can cancel at any time from the billing screen for your venue or artist, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. Canceling stops future renewals, and paid features continue until the end of the period you already paid for. Your profile and events are not deleted because of a billing change.
•
If a payment fails, paid features may pause after a short grace period. Your listings stay up.
•
We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a new price applies to your renewal.
•
If you think you were charged by mistake, email gofindlive@gmail.com and we will look into it.
Intellectual property and reporting a listing or image
The GoFindLive name, logo, app, and website design belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights in them. Other names, logos, photos, and artist images, including images provided by Spotify and Google, belong to their owners.
To report a listing, use “Report incorrect information” on the venue or artist page. To report an image, use “Report or remove an image” on that page. You can also email gofindlive@gmail.com. If you believe something infringes your rights, please include:
•
the address or name of the page, and what you want us to look at;
•
what work or right is affected, and that you own it or are authorized to act for the owner;
•
a statement that you are acting in good faith and that your report is accurate.
We may remove or hide content while we look into a report. We may end the accounts of people who repeatedly post infringing content.
Third-party services and links
The Service links to and works with things we do not control, such as venue websites, ticket sellers, maps, calendars, social platforms, and our providers (for example Stripe and Spotify). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. GoFindLive is not responsible for any event, venue, artist, ticket seller, or other user, or for what happens at an event.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GoFindLive and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. This includes loss from relying on a listing, traveling to a venue, or a show that changed or was canceled.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute about the Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal claim, please contact the other side and try to work it out informally. Any claim that cannot be resolved that way must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hanover County, North Carolina, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give additional notice, such as a message in the app or an email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
